About the Role

We're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of Roselle & Ivy.

In this role, you'll create beautiful designs that inspire customers and strengthen our brand across our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and digital advertising.


Responsibilities

  • Design engaging website banners and promotional graphics

  • Create high-quality product visuals and marketing materials

  • Develop social media graphics and advertising creatives

  • Produce email campaign designs

Requirements

  • Experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within e-commerce or fashion

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design software

  • Understanding of branding and visual storytelling

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

E-commerce Customer Support Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a customer-focused E-commerce Customer Support Specialist who enjoys helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with orders, shipping, returns, sizing questions, and general inquiries.
